1. Mains Examination (WRITTEN)

• 9 Papers (2 qualifying Language Papers + 7 Merit Papers)
• Written Exam 1750 Marks (Essay-250, GS Papers- 1000. Optional-500
• Interview Test- 275 Marks
• Total Marks for Merit: 2025 Marks
• Negative Marking: 1/3 marks deduction for wrong answers in Prelims
